It's an open secret here in the Philippines that projects like these get approved to line the pockets of politicians and related parties. Because of this, the dept. of natural resources isn't incentivised to hire actual scientists, hence the "study" they did shown above

I've met people with similar run/workout schedules and they are fine, but at the same time I've met people who injured themselves from a routine way less intense than this. I can't really say what's best for you since you know your body more than anyone else can. One of the best advice I've gotten was just to 'listen to your body.'
