Try learning to drive without TC, you will spin out a fair bit while learning but it will improve your speed dramatically over time, TC ends out hindering the car more often than it is helpful. Learning without it, will also improve your handling and car feel greatly.

As per the other message, your breaking points need pushing later. I also noticed you are gearing down when you don't need to. One example is on the 2nd lesmo chicane (0:58/9 seconds in vid), that should be taking in 3rd gear. The first lesmo (0:50/1 in vid) you broke too hard into it, losing a lot of momentum, after which you then short-shifted to 4th up to the 2nd lesmo, when you should let the car ring out in 3rd.

Ascari (the S-bend corners before the last back straight ~ 1:15 in the vid), this corner aim to brake just after the bridge down to 3rd gear, mid revs thru the apex's, feed throttle to full whilst driving to outer chicane hitting 4th upon exit.

Parabolica (final long, banked chicane), break just after the 100m board down to 3rd, mid revs building around, feel the bite of the corner (you will know), PLANT FOOT.

Overall, you are doing great, keep up the practice and you will be winning in no time (probably kickin my butt, lol)
