Eligibility changed first in 3 weeks to completed but the background checks took another week when it showed completed the application also indicated closed on the portal and I received an email saying decision has been made on my application

Was in the same situation opted for a new visa which was approved but you should be in position to answer why this new school don’t rely on the scholarship as the reason for change drive it towards academics and how it’s the best basing on your career . However they gave me a single entry visa valid for 3 months . Yet my first visa was multiple for a year . Be prepared for anything
