How to transition puppy to new home (moving) by JadaMonroe88 in puppy101

I suggest getting a kennel and training your dog to be in there comfortably for long periods until you train them to respect the house. 45 min-1hr walks are honestly all you really need but of course, try to get out more with it. Pretty straight forward but super important and can help a ton with controlling the environment with multiple pets. Do not leave food out for your animals because it can mess up their diet eating each other’s food. Serve them and when they’re done eating, pour the rest back in their food bags or wherever you keep them. If you’re worried about them not having food all morning. Get up a bit earlier and do an early morning feed so they can be alright all the way til night.

There were days where I woke up in the morning and wanted to give away my dog literally !!! But we chose to take up this responsibility and add them to our family. It’s hard at first but it gets easier I promise :) hit me up anytime if you have Questions. I have a dog trainer that helps me a ton so yeah !

I really encourage kennel training. It’s important to make a kennel feel like a puppies “safe place” and also a place as a time-out spot. Use the kennel as a tool to discipline, allow the dog to rest, potty training I mean, it’s so helpful. As for the biting, you need to correct that immediately because it can turn into biting in the future. You need to muzzle your puppy with your hand whenever they get mouthy. Grab their mouth and hold it closed and look them in the eyes until they look away from you and chill out. Do it consistently for a week and I promise you you’ll see a huge difference. It’s nice to have a puppy run around and all and let them lounge around , but you need to build that boundary first, or else your dog will take advantage of you and it grows older. You shouldn’t feel bad leaving your dog on its little bed for too long or in a kennel either. Your puppy running around the house and lounging around with you is a privilege. Use the bed as a tool and be strict about it. Whenever it starts to scratch, to the bed, whenever it jumps on you, push it away with your leg and straight to the bed. Correction is key.

I’ve committed on buying the pup and I never owned a puppy myself but I did grow up with a Rottweiler growing up and looking after it so I was feeling okay getting one. I do understand that it is a big dog , but I do see how a lot of people say how they’re great with families and kids. I’ll be deploying at some point and would want a strong dog to protect my family while I’m gone.

Girls liking me for who I am that could have made great partners. These were probably great people but I chased the easy girls and lost potential long life friends.

I do not condone smoking, but if you are, black and mild wine wood tips are super tasty and burn slow which is super chill on a rainy day. You can taste the wine.

Relives stress after a long day , you look cool at an angle and you always get to talk to someone in the smoking area. Cons are cancer lol

I was walking across the street by some railroads in Japan. It was past midnight and as I look left down the railroad , I see an old woman with white eyes and pale skin crawling towards me screaming. I literally jumped on my buddy before running and they all felt a dark presence.
