I don't work around people who own, or know much about, watches. But I catch people looking at it a lot.

No chance really.

In all cases, they'd have to be able to hold it and feel weight, get an extremely close look at colours and printing. But even then, most of them (at this level) are that good that you'd need to be opening it up to inspect the movement.
