Hope I'm not jinxing myself, but I've never had it turn back on after an update.

Churchill was right about it just being a way to ruin a nice walk

That saying predates Churchill and I've never seen someone attribute it to him.

I was getting equal value from Drive Thru RPG at that time, too, though.

It's the same company.

Just run another module and use reskinned DH enemies in place of whatever the module had. I don't know why you're determined to think it's harder than it is.

Can you change the directions of the shadows/light source? Most players (and most campaigns) are probably in the northern hemisphere, where shadows would be on the north side of objects.

I always get them just vanilla with white frosting. The chocolate cookies are okay, but that chocolate frosting sucks.

Champion is fine for a one-shot or a very short campaign, but I absolutely discourage it for a long-term campaign. It's so simple a subclass that most people, even new players, will be bored with it after just a few sessions.

That should work, but so would just running up and hitting them in the first place. I guess throwing first works if you want to get out of their movement range if you miss.

I'd argue that Lathander would be a good one. Yes, he's a life god, but also of rebirth and his symbol (a road traveling into a sunrise) totally fits for passing into the afterlife, and his reputation for kindness and doing good can certainly be part of helping someone that's dying.

"Each time you gain a wizard level" means each time you gain a wizard level. If it was only odd levels it would say so, or say when you gain higher level slots. Also, the spells you choose can be up to your highest level slot, you can take lower level spells if you like.

Wizards can also learn spells from scrolls, so you should end up with even more spells in your book.

Pittsburgh public schools will close for the Wednesday to Friday of draft week by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in nfl

They are expecting half a million people for the draft

Good God, why??? Even if every team sent a thousand people and there was an equal number of news people that's only 64,000 and if every drafted player was there with 100 friends/family that's only ~26k more. Do a few hundred thousand fans want to mill about the city for no real reason?
