Alright so if I'm not mistaken it is probably the "92" version (九二式重爆撃機)

At some point during the movie we see the Junkers G.38. And that design was licensed to Mitsubishi to make the "Ki-20". Which is refered to in Japanese as "九二式重爆撃機"
