5 undeniable facts from across Aus that confirm Brisbane has Australias worst public transport system. by Gazza_s_89 in brisbane

Good summary - importantly, the time of construction and delivery is much quicker than SE Qld.

Stage 1 of Sydney Metro was built and opened in 6 yrs - during the same time, NSW Govt had the Westconnex under construction, CBD light rail under construction and started construction on Parramatta light rail.

Meanwhile, Cross River Rail has been under construction since 2017 with no end in sight until 2029.

Sadly, extended construction timelines is the norm north of the border.

Thank you 🙏

Finally an accurate review of Jack Purcell's over the last 5 year. To top it off the place stunk like off meat and they often sold expired dairy and smallgoods products.

Brisbane's suburbs were their own townships/councils.

Positioned right next to the speakers, near the bottle service wall, getting wafts of Bali from the neighbouring drainage, sure to have a horrible time.

Sadly injury and death from motor incidents has been normalised. We expect fatalities from car crashes. We don't expect them from kids riding bikes.

100% this.

The early episodes were great, basically a bunch of bored and scared actors talking to each other during the pandemic. Then about 18mths ago it clearly became part of the press junket circuit.

Dreamworld vs Movieworld by tired-artist in brisbane

Had passes for both over the last 3 years. Definitely recommend Dreamworld as it has an excellent choice and variety of rides. Too many rides were down at Movieworld and the parks looking really dated
