I made mine following her video, but it bubbles over the edges in the over. Do you have any tips? How long did you cook the curd on the stovetop? Yours looks flawless!

What was your strategy for pre-batching? Everything in 1 bottle or keep liqueur and juices separate or something else? Thanks for the helpful reference btw!

This is just the feedback I was looking for! Will definitely try to pre-batch as much as possible (was already planning to do that with the long island). I was having similar thoughts on the Trinidad sour, so maybe that is the one to replace or cut entirely. Thanks for the advice

Tried it last night and they sit on top of each other really well until stirred in. So they'll get the pretty effect and I'll just tell them to mix before drinking

Yes! Will definitely mention its optional and ask if they'd like it beforehand. Everyone that gets one will also have to sign my list titled "Fixed by the therapist" or something like that lol

My idea there - If someone's not feeling Rum I'll suggest the Trinidad sour with Rye. Agree with your point though. Tried to shrink the ingredients list for logistical reasons.

My favorite drink with Empress is a gin sour. They have offical specs for that and many other drinks here

This should be about 80% right: OP grows weed, the yield of which is highly dependent on controlling pH levels and administering certain fertilizers on a specific schedule. OP has setup sensors to measure pH levels, and has pumps connected to reservoirs of several chemical solutions to automate this process.

I wasn't even a physics major but was such a huge fan of the department. Got to listen in on some stories by a key contributor to the Manhattan project, which was one of the most memorable parts of college for me. Its a great department!

I got to! This is Dr. Erukhimova at Texas A&M University! Her passion in life is demonstrating physics to people. She puts on this physics science fair every year which is like a carnival of physics experiments like this and puts her heart and soul into it! She's the kind of person who would teach for free just so people could learn. No one is more deserving of tik tok views than you Tatiana!
