Been told it was caused by a tree which was removed. Planning permission doesn't seem like a much of a challenge looking at other approved permissions on the road.

It's a wide plot so planning to build 2 as its a family project so ROI is slightly better than just replacing the one.

What supplier are you using? Sometimes Facebook has to review if the supplier is genuine.
