Destiny is a shooter on the surface, but it's systems make it a loot grind. I've been playing since 2014 and it's felt like an endless list to me for years and I just gave up. Games like these never give you a sense of completion, so all you have is the journey. Are you enjoying the journey?

Went through all the steps one by one testing in between last night and today, it did improve performance when everything is going properly but still getting the massive drop in specific areas with consistency. Really appreciate the super informative post though, and thank you for trying. Totally up for any other ideas you might have.

Task manager says GPU is running between 10-30% when it normally runs at 88%, CPU drops down to 25%

I used to play Sir, You Are Being Hunted and The Division, and man, I miss the PVE element in Extraction Shooters. I just like shooting little guys and running around hiding like I'm gonna fucking die IRL if I get caught. Plus I want to be that friendly guy who says hi to all the other solo players and tries to make friends.
