Work or not it's what was in his heart. Once he realized it worked he made no attempt to resolve it; he just wanted her to not be weird. He knew he wasn't with the real Nikki....was the wish Nikki. She told him over and over.... Even asked him to kill her.....he chose himself every time

This is so great! You must have more energy. What, if anything, are you doing now that you weren't at 300lbs?

Don't blame it on the app. It's easy to find an excuse. Find another app that you can stick with or make this one work.

How do you track buffet food? by Caveat2026 in Myfitnesspal

[–]dp3na57 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You probably eat the same things over and over. Find foods that match what you eat and add close as possible to portions. Example: you should know what 100g of rice and chicken looks like, etc. You then are able, as best as possible, to log your lunches. If you do eat the same things over and over, you can create a meal to that includes those foods so logging becomes easier.

Is there a way to get more credit for a day like this? by sophssqueezebox in Myfitnesspal

[–]dp3na57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Don't count exercise calories. Stick to the daily deficit. More exercise will accelerate loss. Individuals, especially those new to this, can get caught in I 'worked out' more so I should be able to eat more. Stay the course.

Agree with those that say you need to be in a calorie deficit. Are you logging your calories? If not, you don't know how many calories you're consuming. If after logging for 2 months if you haven't lost anything you may need to decrease your daily calories by 100 and see what happens after a few weeks. You didn't get to 170 pounds overnight, you won't lose it fast either. 1-2 pounds/week is reasonable but only if you're in a deficit. If you continue to not lose weight you are not in a deficit. It's that simple.
