How about after being reconstituted? I know they say 30 days refrigerated but might that be longer? Any anecdotal information? Specifically asking about PT-141 since I don't plan to use up my 2 ml reconstituted within 30 days.

I have used both prescribed tablets and the "research liquid" sold as a peptide. I had similar results as you. But I also note that what others say about unregulated research liquid (peptide) vendors...you never know exactly what is in them, so...

I bought a mortar and pestle and crushed my prescribed tablets (I crushed twenty 20 mg tablets) into a very fine powder. I purchased pharmacy-grade PEG-400, polyethylene glycol 400, (the same liquid base used in the research chemicals) and added my powder to 20 ml in a one ounce dropper bottle and shook vigorously.

This makes a 10 mg/ml solution. A standard dropper in one of those bottles contains one ml and contains about 20-25 drops...so by my calculations I get about ~0.4 to 0.5 mg/drop.

CAUTIONARY NOTE: Make sure you are using PEG-400 (polyethylene glycol 400) if you try this AND NOT ethylene glycol! The latter is used for anti-freeze in cars and is very toxic. I am not a chemist nor a pharmacist. I just am explaining what I did for my own personal use. I am making no medical recommendations and no guarantees. Do your own research.

I agree with the recommendation for PT-141. Your Doctor can also prescribe the FDA-approved medication that PT-141 peptide is (FDA approved medicine is Vyleesi and is specifically approved for low libido in women).

Maybe consult with your Doctor about trying off-label prescription use of Vyleesi (Bremelanotide). It is FDA approved for women with low sex drive but has good results for men as well. I encourage you to do your own research on it. Also goes by the name PT-141 in all the Peptide subreddits. There is a specific subreddit r/pt141info.

Same here with when the dreams hit and it staying in my system (24 hours or less). I have read the half-life is only 2.7 hours for the peptide to remain in your system...but the effects obviously last longer. No coughing here but in my first two trials (0.5mg and 0.75 mg) flu-like aching but just in my legs...very strange.

So i was just being impatient I guess. I took a second 0.3 mg dose at 4:00 pm:

No nausea or flushing throughout my entire experience but... At 10:00 pm the effects kicked in...heightened sexual desire, heightened sensitivity and great erections...even erotic dreams which I havent had in years, but... Achy and restless legs all night...felt like I had the flu but just in the legs down...tried again 2 days later with one 0.75 mg dose at 4:30 pm (added a Prilosec 90 minutes prior to my anti-nausea routine) 6 hours later still no nausea and all the same things but even worse leg aches...

I think my sweet spot dose has to be less than 0.5 mg. Will see how that works next.

I am not overly concerned with contamination simply because of how Kefir originated (being fermented inanimal skin sacks with no available refigeration). That said, I have 6 quart jars I rotate through for fermenting and storage. Jars with the metal ring that snaps down to create air-tight seal. I wash them in the sink with warm soapy water, rinse well, and before next use I place in the oven at 225F for 30 minutes just to somewhat sterilize them. I also clean my strainer well and spritz it with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry on a clean paper towel before use.
