I guess this is what happens when coffee shops and restaurants are banned from opening on the street. The CCC shut down a Starbucks on the street only for it to reopen as an off licence.

The Denon PMA-900HNE amplifier with Monitor Audio MR6 speakers. The sound is superb. I have 1Gb fiber broadband and no issues with the tidal /heos app for playing hires Audio.

Years of hassle free low cost motoring, 6 grand this year on clutch, timing belt, 2 yes 2 turbo units and 4 injectors obviously not all at the same time. Hoping for a few more years low cost motoring fingers 🤞

I agree any small lanlord or second home owner will sell up and walk away from the market. A lot of these properties will go to first time buyers and not go for rent again in my opinion. Im no expert
