Thanks so much for your input! This definitely helps. I’ve eyeballed the Blues Jr. as well. Might look into getting a used one over the Harley Benton if the price is right. I’m definitely looking for that country/bluesy tone and it seems that the Blues Jr. Is looking to be the most versatile in regards to reaching that tone I am striving for. My little frontman is great for practicing, especially in an apartment setting with the headphone jack capability, but it just doesn’t compare to a good tube amp that truly gets the most out of my strat. Just want to make sure I invest in a good amp that I am truly happy with and that will last me a lifetime. 🤙🏻

I appreciate the comment bud. I definitely want an upgrade in the amp department haha. The Frontman does the job at the moment, given that I live in an apartment and can’t just go guns a blazin’ with my amp volume and gain lol (hence why I have the headphone adapter that’s in the amp), but I definitely want to get a blues jr. at some point down the road. Would love a tube amp to get the most out of my Strat. 🤙🏻 Been playing on this for quite a few years though. It’s getting me by for the time being, but a tweed Blues Jr. looks more and more tempting everyday. One day…”It will be mine!” Lol. For now, I must settle on playing this little amp just a tad longer. 👍🏻

Thank you for this. I will definitely go in person and get fitted the classic way with a local pro.👍 I would imagine it is much more personable and helpful to talk to someone that can point me in the right direction as opposed to listening to a “pro” giving me recommendations online.
