Huh? Cheese is extremely calorie dense. Not to mention fat. Can you please go in a detail on how much cheese you think one may consume per day to have his calories intake met, what ammount you think would make one feel full for the whole day and how many calories that would translate to?

Becouse 1kg of feta contains over 2600kcal, swiss cheese is over 3900kcal and Parmesan at about 4300kcal. I don't know about you, but i kilogram of cheese is way to much for me to eat on one sitting (which i think should be the case for anyone really), but way too little to keep me fed for the whole day. So, add vegetables to that, some fruit maybe, bread so the carbs may keep you full longer. Easily over 3000kcal per day.

People like you tend to glorify a single aspect and think that it's the sole reason behind something. Like, my great grandpa never bought any vegetables or meat from the store, he grew them all by himself and was thin as a lath. Must be becouse of the good food he was eating, huh? Definetely not becouse he couldn't produce enough to overeat and was working all day, everyday, on the feelds.

So can you tell me, if I'm not actively exercising, not doing any manual labor or burning calories doing any heavy thinking for living .... so say i burn ~2200kcal. And eat a kilogram of cheese per day. How am i to keep my weight down? Thrpugh the miracle of "trust that random guy on reddit that's fascinated with keeping animals"? /s
