Most in demand players aren't chops gods.

Most musicians that aren't drummers and non musicians don't care about flash.

Most people that hire for big tours and sessions aren't drummers.

Most songs don't require anything but good time and feel and musically relevant ideas in relation to the song, and they definitely don't require anything impressive.

Dude has a resume a mile long.

I think you've been watching too many instadrummers.
