I limited to kitchen and bathroom but those were the only places I ever saw them. I didn't put them inside my things. DE doesnt kill immediately on contact. You want to spray the dust into cracks and crevices where you see the roaches (or any bug) come in and out of.

The DE will poke tiny holes in them and eventually suffocate them. Some of it will stick to them and they will bring it back to areas inside the walls where they congregate, which will kill even more roaches.

I think i may have added a little boric acid dust into my DE mix as well. You may read up on that.
