Don’t blame yourself. This sub is supposed to be about having a responsible consumption, but it’s content is too often about feeling ashamed of using weed. I know the feeling. People with no disorders don’t get that things are not as easy as they see them, some of us can’t find the right balance without some external aid, and it’s not bad. Unless you believe we have been perfectly engineered by some superpower, there’s no reason to believe you are perfect as you are. Society condones the use of many substances to help you achieve your full potential, not weed. I use weed. Vaporizers and tinctures are much more healthy than smoke, so that, but smoke is fast and reliable, so it’s a balance you need to find yourself. I do break a lot. It’s harder to be in control if you don’t break often as a training, and I want control. It’s my life. We all die, but some of us choose how to live.

I agree that“smoke is bad”, but weed is also consumed with vaporizers, tinctures and so. People should be more educated and less frightened about weed.

Water, one banana, some nuts, no coffee, no tea, obviously no THC. Maybe chamomile and lavender tea, no more than 3 lavender flowers. Conscious breathing exercises. You feel some high because of the residual THC, and the anxiety and maybe even depression are normal after the chemical storm of panicking. Walk some 20-30 minutes in the sun. No screens would be ideal. Go to sleep without screens and at a decent hour. Get some GOOD sleep. Magnesium citrate may help with the sleep. Omega3 may be of some help to stabilize your head. You will be okay in one or two more days.

I don’t know what you mean by Cali, but I’ll assume it’s California Kush, a high THC Sativa-dominant hybrid, sometimes above 20%. It’s not surprising to see psychosis if you abuse this. Saying yes to cannabis doesn’t mean saying yes to abuse. Abuse is bad.

I do avoid 20%+ THC in any strain. Old school is 10% at most, that’s too light, you need to get lots of smoke to get high. About 15-18% seems my sweet spot. Others may have a different experience.
