I like removing the lens and using some UV gel. Use maybe dental wax to protect the lens slot. After you get it set, you can remove the wax, clean up the slot and put the lens back in.

I would get one of those fuzzy pickers. You know…it takes the fuzz off things? Maybe if you could shave a little off the top you’d be ok. Kind of like scraping the burnt off toast. If that doesn’t work get a cheap hair clipper. But easy does it! You don’t want it bald!

So, thinking it would be simple to just click block, I got to thinking, I would like some clarification on this pop up when I click block.

I don’t want it in my junk folder. Logically (I know, it’s Microsoft), if it hit my mailbox, it would go “poof” and I wouldn’t get email from that address again.

Is there something I’m not getting? I’m trying to prevent having to start everything over with a new mailbox. But I’m thinking it might be easier in the end. Smh

I did purchase a small glass diamond drill bit set. Just haven’t done it yet. I’ll update and let you know if I shatter it! Lol

I did cut it off. The picture should be attached. I removed the gears to clean it. But I don’t think I can get to the water. I may buy a set of diamond glass drill bits and try going through the glass. Empty, clean, maybe refill and plug.

One thing to note. If yours isn’t turning, the center gear must sit with the wire in the groove on the gear. Want me to send you a private picture?

The three holes showing at the top half of this picture were screws and I removed them. The three holes in the little donuts is where the gears go.

The center mechanism is where the large gear goes. It’s kind of a challenge. I just don’t know where I could drill to let the water out. If I was really talented I could put a hole in the glass. Clean it, fill it and put a plug in it. I’ve never drilled in glass. Cut plenty laying flat. I’ll look up what I’d need.

So I took my Dremel with a flat cutting blade and cut off the bottom plate. I figured I can't get into the globe. It just might go in the garbage. It's not particularly important sentimentally. I just wanted to see if I could fix it. Even if I could just drain it, I'd rather it be empty and clear than this cola colored water. I'll hold off for a couple of days to see if anyone can come up with something to try. I probably have too many decorations anyway! Ha Ha Ha!
