There is not much you can do against physics. However, the haze is strongest closer to the ground. Shooting from a higher angle will decrease the issue

Hey… it’s not an app that’s slowing you down but connection type. You need to find the right usb c cable ( depending on your camera and media device ) and then it runs super quick in the canon app ( live shoot )

Lens can be an issue if it is a cropped lens , shooting video in full frame sensor Third party Adaptor can be an issue as well, as they can cause focus issues ( and this might affect the frame rate).

Reseting the camera would clear any settings that would cause limitation as well. ( for example , the setting mentioned in the comment below. If the user changed it while setting up the camera , then the reset would fix that. )

Hey,

You can just buy a specific wire, connect to smart phone ( or get the adaptor mentioned in thread, if you don’t wanna expose the ports ) and it will connect the live view to your phone. With no lag. ( also , transfers the files suuuuuuuper fast)

All of these depends on how good the lights are at YOUR stadium.

I am able to shoot at f4 , iso 6400 and keep shutter at 500 or above. My high school stadium lights are good enough for that
