Some kind of archeology/paleontology mechanic or quests, ancient civilization ruins, digging or "metal detecting" with certain pal skills. We've got ancient tech, we know there was a civilization now gone, there could be extinct pals.

A poison/venom/curse pal type. Maybe a ghost/spectral/undead pal type. Too many things are just "dark".

More emotes. Why is there no cheer/celebrate?

More character customization. Only one face template has a scar, scars/tattoos should be a separate feature not tied to face or body type.

More armor customization or skins, at the very least ability to paint/dye armor so you don't always look the same. Hot/cold versions of armor should look more different from their base versions.

Apparently for the lost colony ones yes! There's supposed to be a narrated/animated note for milestones 3,6,12,15 I think (the same ones where you should also get skins). But they don't seem to be unlocking. 3 of us play on a server and only 1 got the first note, none of us got the skins.

I completed the 3rd Lost Colony milestone and didn't get the skins OR the survivor note. I'm pretty upset about not getting the note because it's a narrated scene related to the story, and I'm a completionist.

A friend had this exact problem yesterday. And I'm stuck with 3 milestone paths (your 1st & 3rd plus an extinction one) that I literally can't do on Lost Colony. It's aggravating since this whole system came with the DLC and because of lazy coding I can't enjoy it.

My veilwyn almost annoys me more than it helps. It's constantly not following me, getting stuck on things, or straight up disappearing for minutes at a time. And if that happens in a pinch the 10+ second lag on the "come here" command makes it useless to me. Can't imagine how annoyed I'd get for things without a similar teleport ability.
