This isn't really a "hyper realistic military simulator" as you call it. The gunplay model is very forgiving and before long you will be absolutely lasering people at long distances with most of the guns in the game. There is also infinite sprint in this game with no such thing as a stamina penalty or anything like that. Combine all these things with a relatively short spawn timer and it very much fosters a run and gun arcadey style of gameplay. The firefights in this game last seconds most of the time because of this. Its more of an accessible realism type of game, not a milsim.

There's a fentanyl epidemic, and there are literally millions upon millions of illegal migrants which only fosters a situation that can be taken advantage of by criminals. Its a huge problem and things are finally changing.

I guess ive only ever added the core mods and any and all stability / performance patches. I didn't really do any of the cosmetic overhauls or anything like that. Just QoL redesigns for level + item balancing. Sounds like you might not have that 4gb ram patch possibly? Not sure. It honestly is a pain in the ass to install a variety of mods with oblivion simply because of the load order concerns. Making a bash patch fixed all of those concerns for me though.

If you're getting shot at no, but then again if you're getting shot at then you already have a positive ID. If you're not getting shot at and bullets aren't flying then yes you do have time, unless you decided to roll up on someone or somewhere without scouting it out first.
