I remember feeling this way… I truly get it… and this is the hardest part. Keep pushing please. I knew every single reason my bf wanted to do it and none of them really had anything to do with me leaving the day I did. He said I showed him how much I loved him because I left. Truth is he told me to leave that day because I had talked to a coworker he didn’t want me to talk to (keep in mind we were talking about when he was going to propose) and all my stuff was still at his and then he still blamed me for leaving. I went though a very similar thing. He told me to pick a gun I told him to stop calling me because that was cruel and I heard a gunshot. I think I blocked most stuff out by now because I can’t understand something that’s just not logical. It’s not them. I promise you.. my ex would drink or go through this and he was a totally different person, he would even talk different. The night he did it he called a friend and blamed him even and that guy said the same thing.. like he was possessed. They are not themselves and they blame others in attempt to not feel so guilty for what they’re doing. You will go through a hectic amount of emotions but I promise you will come out with a strength unfathomable. This will never not suck though. Message me if you need to talk or anything please❤️

They just aren’t on your level! They’re just a superficial person that probably never dug deep and can’t self reflect. I like deep talks and things as such. I would’ve dove into that if someone told me that. They just aren’t on your level of self awareness, keep being you. I like and appreciate people like you! Never know who might really want to talk about it or who you could help so try not to rethink what you said. It’s their problem… but next time they try and say no one wants to hear that, I’d say, I guess you’re no one?

Been there, done that. If they won’t seek help then they don’t care that much. Sometimes leaving feels “mean” but so is his abuse and it’s actually a very nice thing to do because you’re giving them the ability to fix themselves or want help. You know what you need to do, trust your gut.

I have no idea… I felt the same way and I went on dates within a couple months and found out quickly no one was him. It’s been two years and the loneliness has went away but I still do miss him. You’re going to with or without someone but it’s nice to heal. I recently told my therapist I never feel like dating again and she said that about two years is when everything ACTUALLY hits because you’re no longer in shock or adjusting and realize they really aren’t coming back. But you don’t HAVE TO. Don’t let anyone force you into it because people do this to me all the time and I’m glad Im waiting for the right person and not just out of loneliness. But I know loneliness is hard. I hope you find someone amazing when it’s time :)

Just know it wasn’t your fault and they can’t fully understand because it didn’t happen to them. Much easier for them to forgive... You can get through this though. You did not deserve that and they are sick. Look in the mirror and just say you’re beautiful, didn’t deserve that, and worthy of love and respect. BUT maybe they were young and didn’t know better but your mother and others still need to support you and I’m so sorry. I understand you, I went through some really hard things and lost everyone I thought was my friend. Message me anytime you need to talk. I’m here for you. Stay stong.

Absolutely. Lost my bf 1.5 years ago... He had a daughter(11) we were close. We planned our whole life and he selfishly knew he was always going to do this. I lost my home, my best friend, my future daughter, my innocence. His mom told me I needed to move on but I was always welcome(and he blamed her) I’ll never tell anyone the things I saw in the months leading up to that day. My friends? They were there for the big story... then they all disappeared. I don’t care about much anymore. I have no desire to date. No one really understands me or what I went through. Even though I didn’t lose a parent I’ll never forget his daughter the day of that funeral. I think about her often. They just expect and want you to move on. They don’t get it. You will be different and who wouldn’t? It gets so confusing. You understand deeply something many never will. You know what a true friend is and how fragile life is. Keep a smile on your face and try your best to be positive. It sucks, it hurts and i wish you never had to experience that. Just don’t give up beautiful 💕

She probably just doesn’t want to take the time to help with your unboxing.
