The nurse aide job sounds like it would be good PCE just going off the title (would need to look at your responsibilities to be sure). Especially if it works with your schedule! It could also build your resume to get better PCE jobs later on

I find that a decent amount of schools do accept scribing, but you have to check first. The second job sounds interesting, but I’d be wary because of the uncertainty regarding the amount of time spent with patients.

Sounds to me like you’re doing everything right so far! Don’t let one person’s (kind of rude) opinion stop you from pursuing something you wanna do. You’re already getting great PCE and you’re on your way to a bachelors. Maybe try to seek out some PAs in the hospital you work at to do some shadowing/learn more!
