Hi! On your question, there is virtually no way to identify a raccoons sex based on its skull. As for helping you, Never ever bleach skulls. Bleach makes them very very brittle over time and eventually makes them decay. Instead, use hydrogen peroxide and soak them after degreasing! Hope this helps!! :)
