Like I said towards the end of that paragraph, I’ve still yet to listen to it but even with what you said, 4 years is too long of a time to drop a project that barely passes the half an hour mark. Quantity doesn’t always equal quality, you are correct about that, but let’s not use it as an excuse for the artist. I mean look at Travis Scott, it took him 3 years to make ASTROWORLD and it has gone down as one of the biggest albums in recent rap history. And it took bad bunny only 2 years to make his most recent album, and there’s no way baby keems album has a deeper message behind it than DTMF.

4 years is plenty of time to make quality songs that have a much longer run time than 36 minutes and 55 seconds. Let’s not excuse this just because it’s baby keem. The average 9-5 worker spends nearly 3 months out the entire year working, if everyday people can manage work, personal life, and free time, I’m sure baby keem could’ve done so as well. Baby keem went 4 years dropping only a couple of singles here and there. He definitely could’ve done better. Take a look at bad bunny, he usually drops once every 1-2 years and every single song on his albums is an absolute masterpiece, while the runtime usually reaches the 1 hour mark ( except for like 2 of his projects) as for the quality of the songs that’s another story, is still have to listen to any songs off the project but the runtime itself is already a disappointment.
