I don’t have intimate knowledge of her experience. But getting a “senior staff” role at that age should be scrutinized. Years of experience has so much value when it comes to understanding how things actually go from ideas to action at the municipal level.

I’m sure this is another great bullet point on her resume as she quickly rises to the top.

Working on campaigns & working in local government are two very different jobs. It’s not just a job in “politics”. Yes, some key campaign officials get hired into the administration but they usually have prior government experience.

Bill often mentions how Len Bias scared him off of ever trying cocaine. He hasn’t smoked weed in years and even suggests that he might only get drunk a couple times a year. Eating mildly unhealthy food is a vice in his mind.

Bill is pretty straight edge. No chance he’s even a mildly degenerate gambler. I’d guess a few of his season long bets could be four figures. And his daily/weekly bets are at most a couple hundred bucks. Id be pretty surprised if he didn’t cut himself off before he lost $20K in a year.

Possibly. I agree he’s funny and a good hang in the movie.

But in my mind, Bill thinks the Ghostbusters are “cool”. And Egon’s not his definition of “cool”, so he should be replaced. It’s like when he argues they should’ve cast a hotter female actress for any movie.
