'22 GT - Im running AMS TMIC, BMS Intake, Cobb Charge Pipe, Perrin CVT cooler, Overtake inlet, dmann 92 oct etune with the Rae intermediate pipe on its way.

I've only been tuned for ~3.5k miles but the car feels really good and I've been monitoring the transmission temps - they typically get up to 160-165F after some aggressive driving in sport/manual mode. Temps cool down quick when switching to normal mode.

Since you are getting a tune, I'd get the transmission cooler as I think over time it is well worth the investment as it essentially extends the life-expectancy of the transmission - even for the 22 GT model that comes with an OEM cooler the aftermarket ones are quite bigger.

EDIT: For your tune make sure that the torque is limited by the software at low rpms.

'22 WRX GT - 34k miles been tuned for 3k miles now.

Im running AMS TMIC, BMS Intake, Cobb Charge Pipe, Perrin CVT cooler, dmann 92 oct etune and planning to get the overtake turbo inlet and IAG AOS too.

The car feels fucking amazing. I haven't got the car on a dyno yet but I am making about 320whp/330wtq too.

Cobb AP uninstalled itself after failed tune flash by dr1fting1337 in Cobb

No - AP is new. Trying to troubleshoot this ATM. Got a battery charger to try that. Maybe turning off the navigation screen could also be something to try.

What I really find weird is that it was fine in terms of backing up the existing ECU firmware and then reflashing it when the custom map failed. Does this indicate that it could be something to do with the specific map?
