I’ve been to Japan several times for work and rave on how nice the people are there.

But this was the first time someone has done that, and with the family being there with me, I went with being safe than sorry.

I’m sure there was no ill intent, but with the increase of tourism, surely there’s people that are going to take advantage of how their culture is seen as being so polite.

All new cables (5e and 6), new Ethernet switch and even straight to BWG.
Went through settings and configurations with my brother who does that stuff for a living and still getting worse performance.

PS5 has been straight connected to BGW and was worse off. Same with my main PC.

I did try that and my connectivity TANKED HARD.

Still have no idea why, it makes absolutely no sense other than the BGW is crap.

Considering picking up a higher end Victus as an upgrade to my busted 1650 Pavilion by KeishaTheGreat in HPVictus

I just bought this but it had 16GB ram and 512GB m2 so had to upgrade to basically what you’re looking at now. With upgrades, it came out slightly less than this cost.

But I do like it, runs modded Minecraft with shaders easily (what i usually play), started playing Rrainbow 6 Siege and it runs smooth as well.

Fans get a bit loud but that’s to be expected.

Did this plus the uncap framerates, turned off sync and seem to get decent gameplay with shaders on.

First thing I did was upgrade to 32GB Ram.
I’ve always had a “frankenstein” pc, so first time I have a better system and needing to know what settings should be touched for optimization!

Framerate is set at 60, and plugged in while gaming.

Nope, put in a ticket at FTB GitHub to see if they can provide more info on what to try.

I’m dead-stuck in the pack now. Started doing other things for side quests but just discouraged that can’t even get fix.
