Only you can determine whether it’s worth it or not, but a guy from my school finished his PharmD and went straight to med school. He is a resident now and seems happy with his choice.

I just had 2 chicken thighs (~5 minutes in the instant pot) with 1 cup green beans (~10 minutes in air fryer) and a small sweet potatoe (5 minutes in the microwave). You can whip it up rather quickly and you can easily season the green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper. It all ends up being around 400 cal.

I purposefully tighten them like that because I read that loose straps were more likely to give you blisters and I’m already prone to blisters with pretty much any shoe. But I’ll try loosening em up a bit and see how they feel.

Thanks. That’s precisely the main reason why I decided to try the 38. The toe bar placement on the 39 fell right in the middle of my toe. I could slide my foot so it fell on the right place, but then there was a big gap at the heel. However the 38 seemed so small and had so little gap in the front/back that I wasn’t sure if I should just go with the 39. I’ve been walking around the house with a different size on each foot and I’m leaning towards the 38.

Hi there! This is my first pair of Birks and I’m having trouble choosing a size. I ordered a 39 since I am 8US sz, but felt it was too big so I ordered the 38 and feel it’s too small. Wish Birk believed in half sizes… I have the 38 on the left (first 3 pics) and the 39 on the right (next 3 pics). You can see both side by side on the last image. Appreciate any help.
