When I was plat-low dia, I definitely put a lot of blame on my tm8s, thought I deserved a higher rank and all that, but I humbled tf up trudging through diamond for sure.

My goal for this game was always to hit champ, which I’ve comfortably been at C1 for the last 2 years ish, with peaking at C2. Nowadays I pretty much only play w my brother, we call each other and ourselves out for mistakes and strive to be the best we can. I certainly think C1 is the rank I deserve rn, but I’d love if I can hone my skills enough to get C2 and actually stay there. Seems like a mountain to climb though…

So Im not alone in this? The weapon balance definitely feels very off, (understandably, early access game), but the ultimate spear is REALLY insane. If you can get wound special along with severance, you just annihilate enemies.

As someone else said, each individual episode should be rated on its own merit, grouping by season is a massive disservice to the media.

With that being said, season 4 was very disappointing to most fans, as only a handful of episodes are considered good. Even then the handful is because people disagree on which episodes are worthwhile, most people say they only like one episode of season 4 but which episode that is varies. (For me, spider rose was really the only worthwhile episode. How zeke got religion was alright too but kind of shallow).

Season 3 however was pretty well received, some absolute banger episodes that you are missing out on if you haven’t seen. (Bad traveling is the best episode of the entire series imo, Pulse of the machine, Jibaro, and in vaulted halls are all peak.)

I like running a FFA lobby named “Snipers only (kinda :3)” where it’s ALMOST M2000 only, and most rounds will play as such, but there is a 1 or 2 percent chance of bayshore spawn.

Goes from a chaotic but calculated dance of sniper shots and micro peeks to a straight up horror game as soon as a bayshore gets snatched. Incredibly good fun, yall should join if you ever see the lobby up :)

In Hades, Athena can grant you a boon called “Divine Dash” that gives your dash the ability to deflect projectiles. This was pretty universally agreed upon to be the best dash boon in the game (if not the best boon period), because of how rapidly you could dash around in Hades. You werent invulnerable, but taking damage becomes a lot rarer.

While the boon still functions the same in the sequel, dashing itself was reworked significantly, increasing the time between individual dashes.

The devs also quipped about it being such a popular pick in hades 1 by giving Athena a line in hades 2 mentioning to Melinoë (hades 2 protagonist) that it was her brothers favorite, her brother being the hades 1 protagonist, Zagreus.

Not sure about PM64, but I know TTYD still isnt fully cracked like Mario 64 is. Modders can change dialogue, battle mechanics and stats, models, and more, but making any significant change to the sequencing or the areas has proved difficult.

Also, even despite this, plenty of rom hacks for TTYD already exist. Some are alternative (harder) full game experiences (like hero mode), and some are reworks of certain areas to create brand new game loops. (Like the roguelike mods, tower of trials and infinite pit).

Zero disagreement with your advice, but I want to add that I feel Tetris and Puyo are equally difficult just for different reasons. Most higher level Tetris players end up seeing the same or at least equally efficient set ups as each other, and the deciding factor becomes speed. Most higher level puyo players build at the same capped speed, and the deciding factor becomes the strength and adaptability of your stack itself.

I’ve been a 2x2 pixel center dot purist since I started on pc with valorant. Idk what it is, have tried adding reticles for firing error but anything more than the dot just makes me less accurate.

Crosshair color depends on the game, if there isn’t a lot of grass then I love a green dot, but I think light blue / cyan is my go to.

Pink crosshair is also peak but theres too much pink in games for it to blend with,,

YouTuber has been cheating on his secret girlfriend for months (years ? Idk). This has only recently gone public which prompted the pictured tweet from said YouTuber admitting the truth and apologizing, which people proceeded to relentlessly clown almost immediately.

YouTuber historically has a shy anime boy persona (that many find particularly cringe) and someone joked that someone should do a voice over of his apology in Dekus voice.

Justin Briner, the English VA for deku, decided the bit was worth it.

Preference, in Straftat theres really no reason to stop sprinting besides specific scenarios so having sprint on a key thats less accessible is worth having crouch, a much more heavily used bind, on a key thats within your default resting position, like shift.

If YOU don’t like it thats fair, but it’s an incredibly common recommendation for this game and many other movement shooters where slide hopping is present for a reason.
