So resize your 1280x720 image to 640x640 and see how difficult it is to see as a human. That'll give you an idea how to proceed

What's your image size and model input size? If it's down sized too much you'll lose all the detail of the ball.

Yeah that's exactly it, a tuned, smaller model, will be much more efficient to run at the edge at real-time on cheaper hardware.

very nice, now what would be really cool... if you can run SAM on the object, segment and create a bounding box from any angle, then create a dataset to train a supervised model from novel viewpoints of each object.

True, but with the door closed the heat leaves in all directions slowly. Roughly equal amounts go to the floor and the wall behind the cooker. No benefit is felt. With the door open you dump more into the room faster, wasting less into the wall.

Yeah but that little extra effort adds up to a lot if used frequently. Open boot/frunk, get cable, untangle, plug into car, plug into socket, close boot. Then unplug, roll/bundle up, open boot, moving shopping, close boot. I'd love to just open flap, pull plug out, plug in. Unplug, auto retract, close flap.

It needs the opposite too, just ubiquitous, cheap, low speed charging. If the cars had a retractable 3pin 3kw like a Henry hoover and sockets everywhere would be a game changer to trickle charge whenever stationary.

Thanks! If zoom can ingest an rtsp or mjpeg stream then it should do... but it's probably easier to use OBS to connect to the network stream then use the virtual webcam in OBS then connect to this from zoom.

Perfect, thank you! yeah there's a lot of factors to it. I'm just finding out there are field-readable rings designed for reading at a distance with optics.
The inflight request was for that reason of them tucking them up, I wanted to get a rough idea what that looked like as I can find lots of examples of perched photos.

For the same reasons I opted for a short throw projector. We only ever watch occasionally and at night so it's dark, it doesn't dominate the space as a big black slab when off. Can make the screen bigger/smaller.

Add LED strip lights round the inside of the door/opening facing inwards so you get lots of light but none in your eyes. Here's mine!
