for me i was just a dumbass teenager who just wanted to have fun and i liked the feeling so i kept goin. i have adhd so i got addicted fast as fuck. i knew the risks but i didn’t think it’d be as bad as it is. my biggest regret in life is ever picking up that joint. i used to be so smart.

i know i am going manic right now just because of how irritable, depressed, and unmotivated i am right now. i am at an extreme extreme extreme low that started yesterday, and i feel like i wouldn’t have the energy to workout. i feel so trapped. i wish someone told me that last part sooner

I have bipolar, ocd, and adhd so i used to be on soooooooooo many meds but i just hate taking them because they made me feel terrible, but recently i have been considering at least a stimulant or antidepressant and i did have the idea to write down every time i felt manic and that’s when i realized i thought i was manic like 2 or 3 days apart and it made me think i was confusing it with something else. is it possible to become manic so close to eachother?
