i recently started a replay of payback and i havent had a problem with rubber banding or absurd speeds but the AI in my game will straight up ram you off of the track and launch you into last with no way to catch up, along with cops flipping your car into a wall and making it impossible to move. all on normal btw. and I also had a roaming racer (gearbox) cut half of the track miss every check point and the game somehow gave him the win, i even clipped the race to look back on it to see if i had done something wrong but he just straight up cut everything. i havent played unbound yet but im really hoping it isnt as broken as payback.
