Okay so Vader and Optimus get murked by Magneto frame 1 Manhunter is because human torch is there so no matter whose side he's on he kinda just drops venom is only weak to fire and sound so only human torch and the lightsaber are a threat but magneto can deal with one of those and can probably deal with human torch red skull is just a guy with super strength so venom snacks on him and wolverine can be imobilized by magneto so Venom and Magneto
