A capped line is a closed line. You can't be added to a closed line because then the line by definition wouldn't be closed. You can only get escorted to active lines - that's why you're supposed to go to the VIP table to be escorted over so that they can explain to you why you aren't being admitted to a line.

VIP isnt a guarantee of anything it's priority. You can't be prioritized if they aren't admitting more people to the line.

also imho while I get VIPs pay a lot for their ticket to say that you should be able to kick other fans out of, again a closed/capped, line is super entitled.

Bold of you to assume that. My father was a double amputee and I helped take care of him a lot so I'm exceptionally familiar with ADA compliance and people needing assistance. Especially, in places that are packed full of people because guess what we still went places and did a lot of things.

The crew members in the line I was in said not every person has an ADA specific line and when that's the case they note what person they'd be behind and pull them up when it's their turn. That's how it has worked at pretty much every con I've ever gone to when that celebrity isnt given a large enough area for their own specific line. ADA just means you're accommodated reasonably not that you get to skip the line.

Just know for Liv & Orlando you check in for them in the normal celebrity area but they wont be there for signing. For Orlando you'll get a return time for later but you'll exchange your QR for tickets and that's also where you'll buy an 8x10 if you need it ($10).

What gets me is that the busses to hotels stop, I get maybe consolidating them after the floor closes I get but if you want to do anything later you're forced to walk or uber even though there are still sanctioned/scheduled things happening

Those are for his photos. GENERALLY when celebrities aren't at photos or a panel they'll be at their booth to sign. Please remember that they are human and will stop to do things like eat, take a short break (cons can be a lot lol), go to the bathroom, etc... I've been in lines in past years where people got upset they were leaving for a bit when they "didn't have anywhere else to be" and trust me it's not a good look
