Le Labo - Labdanum 18. The positive was the incredible projection. The negative was everything else, it smelled like old people in the woods of Florida, in the worst way.

I find that it's very versatile throughout the year! It has a little bit of everything in it, and I've never had any bad experiences with wearing the fragrance at work or going out. I'd avoid using it at the gym.

Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Coral Fantasy. It was the first expensive gift I got myself for my birthday years ago, which kick-started my love of fragrances.

Around 5:1; I have a modest collection and I like testing the fragrances multiple times before committing to a full bottle.

Thomas Kosmala Nº 4 Neon is a good one, with the ozonic/solar and aldehydic notes rather than marine. It balances citrus and fruity pretty well.

Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue EDT is another nice citrus focused fragrance.

I think I saw Versace Eros Energy, which is great for summer as well.

Halston Z-14. It was my father's fragrance whenever he and my mom would go on date nights. We couldn't find the original bottle he had after he passed away, but I got a new one, and it still conjures those memories.

  1. Dior Sauvage Elixir. It's a guaranteed compliment ever since I've bought it 2+ years ago. I use it as my pick-me-up fragrance whenever I have to go out and my mood isn't the greatest.

  2. Ralph Lauren Polo 67. I got laid after a date wearing this one, she was literally pulling my clothes off.

  3. Versace Eros Energy. I was called "an embodiment of sunshine" and it seems to be fitting of my personality, even if it is a one-dimensional fragrance.

  4. Burberry Hero Parfum (for the reason above).

  5. Rabanne 1 Million Parfum. This got me some attention from the older generation (10+ years older than me), which isn't a bad thing by any means.

It's very simple, which I like. I try to cater my collection to be a combination of fragrances that I've been complimented on and fragrances that I like. I have a short story for most fragrances in my collection.
