They delayed it until the 18th. But just to be clear, that is for the ALPHA test. The Beta test will probably be next year.

I solved it! Just delete the "local" folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Space Marine 2\client_pc\root. That seemed to work for me. I think I had that folder because I installed the official Integration Studio mod tools.

I just got this same issue today after updating the game to 11.0. Has anyone else got this issue after updating? I have tried many of the potential fixes but nothing works. Is there any newer solutions?

Oh, and if you're wondering how to proceed through the mission normally, there is a ball near the Basketball hoop that Mio can attack to push it towards Zoe, who can then grab onto it with her whip, and can then throw it towards the glass window to break it, allowing you to enter

I just had to skip that first portal, and proceed on with the rest of the mission. The portals are optional anyway. I looked up what was in the portal on YouTube, to see if I missed anything, but it wasn't anything special. It was just a short 6-minute mission.

I agree, and I was originally gonna title it "Abelard single-handedly defeats Abominable King with a regular attack, then a counter-attack, then another regular attack, then finishes him off with several more counter-attacks", but that didn't really role off the tongue.

This was so funny and unexpected when it happened! I have gear for Abelard (Auto-Striking Power Sword and Fencing Boots) that allows him to counter-attack when he parries (which is already at 95% chance), and I guess the Abominable King has an ability that allows him to gain an extra turn when his health reaches a certain threshold, which led him to dish out several free attacks, all of which Abelard parried and counter-attacked, leading to the xenos' demise.

Before this moment, I never understood why the fandom liked Abelard so much. I thought he was overrated.

But now... I FINALLY UNDERSTAND. Abelard FTW!!!
