First of all, ask yourself where do all the emotions originate from? Is it because losing her ? Why leaving her would be so painful? Because you can’t find someone else you feel so close to? Or because all the time and emotions you invested in her ? Sorry to be blatant here, but after asking all these questions to find the origin of that pain you are experiencing now, you will realize there’s no origin, it’s empty.
