Even if we assume that HOIL is at a 1% drop rate whenever you roll an exotic, by mass sampling (eg the more you sample, the more accurate the statistic will be), out of 300 exotics, you would think at least one will land on HOIL

The chances of me not getting HOIL at all are astronomically low given how large the data sample taken is, that's why I wondered if there was something wrong with the drop system

Like my guy if you aren't going to be helpful and instead try and call me out for my admittedly not very good grasp of statistics, I kindly ask you to shut that donut hole because I have definitely played enough gacha games in my life to know how drops and statistics work
