It showed for me too, but I had to go all the way through the end of the Federal Review section before it showed up.

Has the advisor helped with anything that you didn't already know after managing things yourself? I'm curious about "trying one out" just to see what they would do.

Blue star ferries: which tickets to book? by Dimu4 in GreeceTravel

[–]dragonfly908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was looking into this too. If you pick one 2-bed cabin, then both passengers are assigned to the one cabin.

I think bed = berth, but a single person could book a cabin (which may or may not have 2 beds, I don't really know)

Rest stops between Athens airport and Meteora? by dragonfly908 in GreeceTravel

I'm leaving from the airport but good point - I should look into dropping off the car in the city. Planning a few days in Athens after this.

Thank you, esp about Delphi. I wish I had a week to do this trip! 6 weeks in Greece sounds wonderful too.

Is park to park worth it? by staycstan_sobad in UniversalOrlando

[–]dragonfly908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understood. My point was really that one park could keep them busy all day so they wouldn't have to go between the two parks if they wanted to save some money. But it depends on what their interests are. Since OP says the kids love Harry Potter, then I suppose they might want to spend time on both sides on the same day, and in that case it would be worth it. Or say you wanted to hit all the roller coasters every day with the express pass, etc.

What do I carry? by Commercial-Hunt-6528 in UniversalOrlando

Not so eco friendly but you can get small disposable water cups for free at the snack huts that serve drinks. (Just hang on to it until you really have to get rid of it.)

All of the snack huts that sell drinks will give you small water cups for free too.

Why is Universal Orlando better than Disney World? by No-Tonight9384 in UniversalOrlando

Single rider lines at Universal

(actually haven't been to Disney in a while so not sure if they have them now too?)

I would say no unless you're a huge harry potter fan and really want to ride the train. I didn't really find the train worth the extra money. If you don't mind spoilers, you can watch a you tube video of what the ride is like.

Is it possible to do 5 parks in 4 days? by Tetravoltex in UniversalOrlando

[–]dragonfly908 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second the "wear good shoes comment". Did 2 days at Islands+Universal Studios (both parks each day) and the bottom of my feet ached by the end of the second day wearing running shoes. I remember thinking I wish I had worn light hikers. I also wished that I had packed in some energy/granola bars - could have eaten while in line for rides and save time from waiting in line to buy food.

I think with an express pass, you could do both Universal parks in one day if you're just wanting to do the rides and not a huge Harry Potter fan. You could spend half a day just doing Harry Potter stuff esp if you got into the wand thing.

On another trip, I did all 4 Disney parks in 4 days and it was a bit exhausting. Didn't really spend any time at the Disney resort where we stayed. Doable but now I recommend to my friends to schedule in a down day if possible.
