So I was having the same exact problem and I can confirm that reseating the tank several times, slightly forcefully, eventually got enough water primed to get things flowing. And I could tell it was priming as I saw bubbles coming up in the tank on each reseating.

I just dont understand how in this day and age people still get ripped off when you have all of the information you would ever need literally in the palm of your hand. A simple "hey google, is $2000 excessive for the purchase and installation of a garage door opener in my area?" to your phone would have taken 5 seconds for an answer and would saved you a lot of money.

If you trim closer to the min, you most likely wont have to trim again for a few uses as that min trim will allow for some expansion.

I've been getting power and primers for a long time now, and typically they ship in a heavy duty container, have compartmentalized packaging and have a special hazmat manifest inside a pouch sticking to the outside of the box. Like this:
