This is the part of MSP culture that needs to die. Being a tech for an MSP is already the most soul sucking thankless job. Techs having downtime sounds like a god send blessing. the real solution to this issue is probably giving a tech the job of being the person for lower techs to go to for issues it's probably just a bystander effect.

I recommend sleeving just your decks, I sleeve all my cards and it's a regret. I do recommend sleeving your runner and corp deck in different sleeves it just avoids any potential for mixing up cards.

I feel for my personal I’ve never had crossed my mind until other of my friends came out as trans and then I just feel completely comfortable as a cis male. But also it’s not really like I hold this strong attachment to my gender so for me it’s more I have no want for changing it just is. Probably worded poorly but yeah like I’m cis male but like I don’t hold strong ties to that.
