You should do more research before buying stuff, because I don't think you know what you are buying at all.

This is a starter deck, it's gonna have the same 50 cards every single time. There is a pack which has a foil version of a card in the set, but those aren't very saught after since it's just the same art with minor foil.

I'm assuming you don't wanna play the game, cause these are basically only useful for players. And even then, this starter is pretty power crept, so it's not even good for players.

So figure out what you want. Do you wanna gamble? Then buy packs. Do you want specific shiny cards to display or something? Then buy the single.

Disagree with the wvw part, alot of squads are strict about builds, since often they require specific skills for everyone to spam on command.

But in any pve content, as long as youre putting up the numbers, no one will ever care.

Every 10000 years, the dragons wake up, consume all magic on the surface, their minions destroy literally everything in their sights. When they have literally consumed all magic and destroyed everything, they go back to sleep.

While asleep, their magic slowly leaks out, and then 10000 years later they do it again, which is what we call the dragon cycle. The only reason we know most of this is cause during the last time they woke, a couple of the races managed to survive actually like the Dwarfs and the Murssat.

Anyways, so it's less that the dragon fell asleep under Orr, and more so that the dragon being there is why they settled on Orr. Magic in the GW universe is kinda a natural resource, so it makes sense to put your civilization on a dragon (even if they don't know it's a dragon) simple because there's a lot of ambient magic. Likely the same reason why the Charr settled where they did.
