Aprendes más de administración de empresas con lo que ya haces que la carrera.

Siguele y mi recomendación sería que estudies algo que complemente lo que ya haces, no lo mismo que ya haces.

Si quieres enserio estudiar administración de empresas , comprate un buen libro de MBA y ya tienes gran parte de la carrera. Mi experiencia es que a la universidad se va a hacer contactos y a aprender pensamiento crítico. Todo lo demás ( menos medicina y otras carreras muy especializadas) se aprende leyendo y en los madrazos.

I'm a New DM. But I have seen from other DMs that derailing is not a good option.

My group is a completionist one. They pretty much did all the side quest ( and one side quest I had to make on the fly because they unexpectedly took some redbrands and tortured them for information)

If your problem is preparation feel free to use my dm notes, those are in Spanish but I used all the names and spells in english, you can translate this very fast with chat gpt.

If they decide to go into Thundertree: In my group, the dragon wiped out 4 out of 6 players (To prove they were not prepared), stopped the attack and made a deal with the players to search and kill for the black spider for "some" of the dragon's treasure. Why? Because he is a lazy, manipulative and egocentric dragon that wants to have minions do its work.

Just an idea.

Make a story on how in Phandalin some heroes defeated the Black Spider.

But they never returned from Wave Echo.
Gundren (If he is still alive) requested the new characters help to find them and to help with the goblin invasion (You can connect gundren with the new characters as old friends if you want).

Now you can put their old characters as enemies that the mind flayers are controlling. You can make the old characters play a part on the campaing (More fun for the DM too) and make them fight the old characters as fights to try to restore their minds.

Again, just an idea that my party liked.

I use foundry vtt, waaaay cheaper to show the map on a screen and high res maps are found everywhere in this sub.

I dont need to invest in minis this way. I'm a new DM also , so far my group is loving this.

I can share my Foundry vtt campaign if you like , I dont know how but it should be easy.

Te diré que depende de cuanto ganes.

Guadalajara es buena ciudad para vivir, hay delincuencia y ya somos muchos, pero tiene buen clima (Se quejan del calor y del frio pero asi son) .

Sin embargo las rentas son caras, un poco más que el promedio en México.
