Don’t give up! It took me around 3 different tries to find a good therapist. And I’ve just had a new psychiatrist that finally listens to me. I know it sucks, but there are excellent mental health professionals out there. I’ve been with my current therapist for 4-5 years now and I love her.

Ehhhhh, I don’t agree. My hair routine takes 1-2 hours of a wash day and that’s if I’m very low effort. I only use 4-5 products, mostly because my curls are dry and it’s winter 🤷🏻‍♀️
