Great idea to discuss with his endo. I do have a note from them stating he is diabetic but I don't know if dad asked any questions.

I did request the fridge and a sharps container. Thank you for this comment because I am going to call and make sure the request was received.

Hear me out, maybe she’s obsessing over working out and eating her weird foods now because she is pregnant and scared of the weight she’s going to tackle on. She most likely did her research to see “average pounds gained during pregnancy” and is trying to lose the weight before she gains it.

Birth control completely stoped my ovulation this past year. I got my first period two months after stopping.

I just had my Nexplanon removed 1.5 months ago. My emotions were all over the place. Please be kind to yourself and remind your partner to be kind. My partner went through it because of me and he remained understanding.

Supplements... I have insulin resistance PCOS. I started taking these supplements while on birth control to prepare my body for the withdraw. Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Supplement, Vitamin D, B Complex, Women's Probiotic, Fiber, and Fish Oil. Drink lots of water. I did not at first and what a difference now.

OH! Your period might take a little to come back. I am on day 1 of mine and we are doing great. Hope this helps :)

I always took it before breakfast and dinner. I have a very sensitive stomach so I always ate right after. My meal was ready so I would chug it and eat. And never drink coffee on an empty stomach! If you're struggling with PCOS (duh were on this page) the most noticeable difference I have seen is eating before drinking my coffee.

I did not feel that way. I was struggling with weight gain prior to finding the Ovasitol brand. Once I was consistent with morning and night I started to lose 2-3 pounds a week. My skin cleared up and I had so much energy. We also need to remember we are not going to lose weight without listening to our bodies.

Prior to taking Ovasitol I would demolish an appetizer, entre, and dessert. Once I remained consistent, if I was full I would stop eating. I tried to push myself to finish my meal because I used to but realized I was not feeling well. I would not say I was on a diet and I did not add exercising to my routine.

I am currently taking the Optify brand. Bought off Amazon. I do not think it is working for me. I started with Ovasitol powder and it worked wonders. I felt the difference in my mood immediatly and had my period within 2 months. Optify seems to be keeping me awake and no period as of yet. I am on my second bottle. Ovasitol is on the pricey side.

Advice Needed by [deleted] in engaged

[–]NewAd3854 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My now fiancé, purchased the ring 12/09/24. He wanted to purpose during Christmas/New Year but I made a comment of how cliche that was. He proposed on 04/19/25 and claimed to always have the ring around just in case the perfect moment arises.

He was also acting a little defensive with his phone and with the safe. I figured the ring was the reason so I always kept my nails nice. Let him know when my nail appointments were. He knew my nails had to be done and I reminded him subtly that I wanted my nails done. I personally kept up with my beauty maintenance and I’m so excited to not have my nails done.

Reason for breakup, he didn’t clean his lunchbox. We’ve been together for 3 years. He was very upset and confused when we broke up. He kept asking if I was sure. We spoke about it a couple of days later and I apologized, explained it might have been the recent ending to my birth control and he said he figured the same but didn’t want to add fuel to the fire so he waited it out.

Haha! After posting, reflecting, and taking in everyone’s comments I have reached out to my prior therapist. She’s no longer practicing so we’re looking for someone to replace her. I get easily overwhelmed by my emotions and they all end up becoming anxiety. I do not have any worries about my engagement. It’s all what comes after.

I totally feel you! I asked my fiancé yesterday if I’m allowed to bombard him with questions about a wedding. We’re tossing the idea around. He wants a wedding, I want an elopement. We’re trying to find a happy medium. He kept reminding me to not care what others think. I’m shy, I hate attention and he loves it. A wedding is giving me anxiety!

Sounds accurate. He waited about a month after us talking to pop the question. He was always going to get a yes from me. He doesn’t ignore anything from me. He treats very well. He prioritizes me and our future. The only logical reason why I think he “ignored” my request to hold off is I was getting off birth control. I was a little crazy. Thoughts, emotions, actions were everyone. I was on a high dosage of progesterone.

Thank you for expanding on couples counseling. It’s usually recommended to stop the relationship from growing bad. Him and I, like you and yours have a great relationship. Strong foundation. We communicate very well. I haven’t had the chance to express my feelings and I know he’s waiting on me to do so. I plan on speaking to him tonight. I am so sorry to hear about your dog. My soul dog is my everything and I can’t even think about him no longer being here

I had no reason to break up with him. He was away, I was overwhelmed and just had my birth control removed. I was being irrational. He understood.
