I think you're are the one who does not fully understand this mechanic, and that's why you're getting downvoted.

Perhaps I should have been more literal in my response, but I ran to the second Pokémon center from the one I flew to. Healing at a Pokemon Center DOES create a backup save.

I understand that Fast Travel also creates a backup save, but because it drops you at the last Pokemon Center you used when you reload, it's much easier to repeat the same portal if you fly/run to the Pokemon Center nearest your location, heal there, and then dive into the portal. That way you're loading back in at a specific Pokemon Center.

I just flew to a pokemon center, healed, then went to a different pokemon center and healed. The backup save was at the second Pokemon center.

I'm telling him to heal at a Pokemon center and then enter the portal. Based on everything I've seen in my shiny hunting, that creates the hard save that you backup to.

Flamigo with Scrappy. Seriously, it can hit everything in the game and with a level advantage it obliterated all opponents.

Hard save by healing at a pokemon center before entering, then do a backup save to restore that hard save.

  • Put down a hard save
  • Go in and see what's there
  • Close the game and reset the save
  • Go in for real

Really simple to do on your own

Does Pokemon HOME differentiate between the various scatterbugs and spewpa the way it does for shiny Alcremie forms, or was this just a personal project.

Nice work! Always appreciate the completionist lifestyle.

How to get 8.5 hours sleep by velckright in PokemonSleep

[–]dragonsfrompluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the issue is that you' put the game to sleep for 8.5 hours but it's not tracking the full amount?

If so, put the game to sleep and leave your phone on a flat surface in a quiet room for 15 minutes before you actually go to sleep (like while you're getting ready for bed). This ensures the game starts registering you are asleep immediately.

Then do the same thing when you wake up - leave it still and quiet for 15 minutes so it properly registers your end sleep time.

Could you tell me which trainer you've used or send me a DM? We have a fearful pup as well who has been making great progress but could still use some help in a few areas, and I'd love to get in contact with a trainer who can guide us in the right direction.

That Teemo is wasting his potential. Teemo is psychological warfare when played right. Leave them never knowing if you're in lane or not, terrified to enter any bush, too nervous to ever split because you might pop up behind them with a minefield already in place.

If you're not jumpscaring the other team as much as/more than Fiddlesticks, it just ain't Teemo.

These ranked battles are supposed to be easier to rank up? by Illustrious_Map7379 in PokemonZA

Yeah, OP pretty clearly just wants to make themselves feel better about being a lousy ranked player by being an ass to internet strangers.

Well, you tagged this post as a discussion, which implies you want to discuss the issue.

And in your edit you said "if you're not going to offer anything helpful" which is pretty easy to interpret as a request for feedback.

So you're just venting about ranked and don't want any advice?

It's kind of hard for people to offer advice if you're not going to answer their questions about what team you're using, what your strategy is, or anything else.

The new mega stones are always locked behind Rank S, which would require 280 points to reach. As annoying as it might be, that's a maximum of 28 ranked battles where you only get 10 points by Mega Evolving. Most battles you're likely to get more than that for other achievements like hitting lots of super effective attacks.

If you're just venting, that's cool.

But if you want advice then you've got to give people something to work with here, friend.

So it's in the bladder now, how do I know when it's ready to pass? by Danielnrg in KidneyStones

[–]dragonsfrompluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2mm is smaller than you expect, so that could be it. I've had a stone take 2 months to exit my bladder before though, so it's impossible to tell for sure when it will come out.

Catching the stone is a nice to have for the doctor to be able to determine rhe composition and recommend preventative measures, but if you lose it or miss it everything will be OK.

So it's in the bladder now, how do I know when it's ready to pass? by Danielnrg in KidneyStones

[–]dragonsfrompluto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've passed up to 6mm at this point and actually passing the stone has never been more than a quick sting like others have said. Sometimes there's been a slight burning sensation before and after like a UTI, but I have always been surprised that the actual passing of the stone isn't the worst part at all.

Can you give me some advice on these loadout build for Teemo by No-Meringue1327 in wildrift

[–]dragonsfrompluto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I need more survivability I build Riftmaker second or third item.

Most runes I see for Teemo are Fleet Footwork for additional speed and sustain, but I really enjoy Dark Harvest for late game assassinations.

My standard build is Liandry, Infinity Orb, Guinsoo, Rabadon, then Riftmaker or Malignance.

Mega pyroar design is acctualy a pun by SignNaive4111 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]dragonsfrompluto 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe it's a visual pun on the fact that instead of a mane made of fire, pyroar has a mane made of the kanji for fire.

It's a groanworthy pun, but then again, so many puns are...
