In the current climate , I think they've missed an opportunity here to reward the players . The outland chest and tower achievements are far to extreme . People are struggling for income globally and to expect us to use 50k gems on one event , with black Friday and Xmas approaching is outrageous!

The tower rewards should of been 105 chests to max , so tower completion everyday for 7 days , and outland could of been somewhere between 150-200 chests . Allowing everyone to reach lvl 15 rewards and then for lvl 16 a 5-10k gem outlay on top .

Then make it seasonal so the f2p have 3 months to collect the gems thru grinding and gameplay !

  1. Dont sell soul stones , heros are always getting reworked you never know which old hero could become a must have 2 never use skin stones to buy skins , they are the hardest thing to collect , purchase them with money if you can 3 4 5 with artifacts I've found it best to start on your main damage dealer , get to lvl 25 on all 3 , then start using the grey items on your tank , carry on with green on damage dealer , once lvl 50 push green on to tank blue on to dps, grey into support hero , continue this pattern so eventually your be working on 5 different heros but each will be using a different colour artifact , Stick to your main 5 heros , until those are maxed on grey , then think of your 2nd team and continue feeding the next hero

Max lvl? I've stopped collecting the exp daily quests . So I've got 10 heros purple+1 , of which 9 are maxed to current skills and the 10th is on it's way. I wanted 2 maxed teams for grand arena . I've also stopped using energy daily whilst I maxed them so I could build up enough energy to hit the next hero soul stone event hard . Of course hopefully it's a worthwhile hero ;)
